What people ask us most
What's the internet like?
It's Starlink, so it genuinely works: fine for a work video call or for streaming in the evening.
Is there mobile signal?
There is, but it's patchy. The wifi covers what the signal doesn't, so you'll still be able to make calls and use your phone.
What's the road like?
It's good. You come in on Route 13 and then Route 11, and the last stretch is being paved right now. In winter we check in with you a few days before you arrive to let you know how it's looking, so you're not guessing when you set off.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. It's ARS 15,000 per night, same as an extra guest.
How late can I arrive?
Check-in is from 2 pm. Message us on WhatsApp with your arrival time and we'll be waiting — it's not a problem.
What time do I need to check out?
Checkout 10 am.
Can I bring one more person?
Yes. The studio takes one guest beyond the two, and the apartment one beyond the four. Each extra guest is ARS 40,000 per night.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel 30 days or more before your stay and we return the full deposit. Less than 30 days and the deposit is not returned.
Is there somewhere to park?
Yes, covered parking is included. There's no extra charge for it.
Can I use the grill?
Yes, there's a grill and it's included in the price.
How far is the lake?
The beach is a three-minute drive. The shop and the supermarket you walk to, though: no need for the car there.
Is there laundry?
Yes, but it isn't included with the apartment: it's a separate service. Let us know and we'll arrange it.
Is there a television?
Yes, a Smart TV in every apartment. With the Starlink wifi you can sign into your own accounts.
Do you clean during the stay?
Yes, every two days.
