Here's what happens with your data.
What we ask for
To manage a booking we ask for the minimum: name, email, phone number, stay dates and number of guests. We never ask for ID documents or payment details through the site — the deposit is arranged by bank transfer.
What it's used for
Only to manage your booking and your stay: confirming it, reminding you of deadlines and answering questions. We don't send advertising, we don't sell or share your data with third parties, and we'd only disclose it if the law required it.
Where and for how long
Your data lives on the site server, behind restricted, password-protected access. We keep it while your booking is active and for as long as legal and tax obligations require; after that it can be deleted on request.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to know how many people visit the site and how many book. We never sell or share your booking details.
Your rights (Argentine Law 25,326)
You can ask at any time to see the data we hold about you, and to have it corrected, updated or deleted, free of charge. Write to us at: reservas@rukamoquehue.com.ar
The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP), the supervisory authority for Law 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose personal data rights are affected.
